Are you a savvy marketer with a passion for driving sales and building brands? Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns? If so, MatrixCare has an exciting opportunity for you!  We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us take our products to the next level.

As a Sr. Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in defining our product strategy, crafting compelling messaging, and developing go-to-market plans that will drive growth and increase market share. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for identifying customer value and solutions through story telling around customer pain points, we want to hear from you.

  • Work closely with product leadership and product managers as they develop the roadmap to identify key value drivers that have Go-To-Market (GTM) implications.
  • Build and deliver external marketing communications across channels.
  • Oversee business level messaging and positioning, and competitive product marketing.
  • Run MatrixCare customer research to identify insights and opportunities and work closely with Customer Experience to monitor product feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development of product messaging and content.
  • Proactively collaborate across all marketing teams including demand generation, brand, corporate communications, digital market and beyond.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral that simplifies a complex topic while driving broad awareness and interest.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
  • Assist with annual budgeting for product launches/maintenance, research, growth initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Become an advocate for the MatrixCare Senior Living and Long Term Care business unit to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with product and sales operations to build client onboarding and internal training materials.

Let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • An understanding of product strategy with the ability to translate into meaningful actions and results. 
  • Fantastic storytelling skills and ability to communicate and translate technical issues to business values.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and the ability to translate from customers to engineers (and vice versa).
  • Proven ability to define and communicate data to define and target high propensity customer segments.
  • Proven success developing and executing GTM plans for SaaS in FinTech or HealthTech.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$88,000 - $132,000
