JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our commercial and customer enablement efforts. As the Sr. PMM for GTM Enablement, you will be a key member of the team responsible for equipping our sales, customer success, and solutions team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively sell and support our products to new and existing customers. Your role is pivotal in driving adoption, ensuring retention, and actively contributing to our revenue growth through strategically designed campaigns and programs.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute programs that enable our commercial teams to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.
LOCATION: Remote - United States (EST locations preferred). This position is 100% remote. Applicants located anywhere within the EST timezone of the United States are encouraged to apply. Applicants located in the US must be legally eligible to work within the United States specifically.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:
Enablement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy tailored to our advertising technology and retail media offerings
- Create high-quality enablement materials, including playbooks, pitch decks, product trainings, case studies, and objection-handling guides
- Design and implement sales training programs to ensure both new and existing team members have a deep understanding of our products, customer benefits, and solution use cases
- Design and implement customer training programs to ensure end-users are fully trained on the products and features they use
- Collect and analyze data to support our solutions in the market and optimize existing collateral.
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date library of sales resources for quick access to the latest information and tools
Post-sale Customer Marketing
- Support product launches by creating and distributing launch-specific enablement materials
- Execute post-sale marketing programs to support target ICP segments across various channels, including integrated campaigns, email, webinars, direct mail, and account-based marketing
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities in order to segment and personalize marketing strategies to support adoption, expansion, and advocacy motions
- Cultivate renewals and adoption– collaborate with peers and contribute to programs that reinforce behaviors correlating with use case adoption renewals, including webinars, email campaigns, community engagement, etc.,
- Build a platform for advocates through the Customer Advocacy program participation, key third party Review Sites (i.e. G2) collection, and other customer-facing virtual and live events
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, lifecycle marketing or a related role in B2B enterprise software.
- 2+ years of experience with an advertising technology and/or retail media technology company preferred.
- Strong understanding of the advertising technology and retail media landscape.
- Proven track record of delivering effective enablement programs that empower commercial teams across sales and customer success.
- Experience partnering with a commercial team to coordinate, communicate, and deliver customer lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences, including c-suite executive leadership.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC or similar enterprise tech sales frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking with a strategic vision
- Ability to work cross - functionally and build relationships with various team members.
- Proficiency in using sales enablement and content management tools
