About the Role:

Weā€™re seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead Unbounceā€™s go-to-market strategy and its cross-functional execution and enablement. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our strategies are unified and aligned with market and customer needs.

Our ideal candidate is adaptable, embraces ambiguity, and has a proven track record of leading successful cross-functional GTM strategies and campaigns.

What youā€™ll be doing:

  • Go-to-market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Inform product packaging and pricing through research and experimentation.
  • Product Launches: Maintain Unbounce's product launch roadmap, ensuring cross-functional visibility and alignment. Develop launch plans that clearly outline objectives, KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and owners. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to evolve launch plans, manage execution, measure, report on, and celebrate results.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Define and communicate the unique value propositions and benefits of Unbounceā€™s products and features to ensure market differentiation and customer resonance. Create compelling product narratives and develop collaterals to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-converting messaging. Ensure internal alignment and continuously refine messaging based on feedback and market response.
