Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads the digital transformation within the Fulfillment Pillar, focusing on Dispatch & Routing, Parts Supply Chain, and the Technician experience
Develops and implements innovative digital strategies that align with business goals and drive the evolution of home services
Manages the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, for digital tools and platforms within the Fulfillment domain
Builds and mentors a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement
Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, operations, field service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
Drives data-informed decision making, leveraging user feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform product development
Acts as a thought leader and change agent, pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo to reimagine how home services are delivered
Stays current on digital trends and technologies, and proactively integrate best practices into product strategy and execution
Ensures seamless integration and experience across digital tools used by field technicians, enhancing their efficiency and satisfaction
Influences senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating the product vision, progress, and value delivered to the business
Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree
5-10 years of related experience
Up to 25% travel
18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Over 5 years of product management experience, highlighted by your success in leading digital transformation initiatives
Significant expertise in either Dispatch & Routing or Parts Supply Chain
