Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the digital transformation within the Fulfillment Pillar, focusing on Dispatch & Routing, Parts Supply Chain, and the Technician experience
  • Develops and implements innovative digital strategies that align with business goals and drive the evolution of home services
  • Manages the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, for digital tools and platforms within the Fulfillment domain
  • Builds and mentors a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, operations, field service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
  • Drives data-informed decision making, leveraging user feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform product development
  • Acts as a thought leader and change agent, pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo to reimagine how home services are delivered
  • Stays current on digital trends and technologies, and proactively integrate best practices into product strategy and execution
  • Ensures seamless integration and experience across digital tools used by field technicians, enhancing their efficiency and satisfaction
  • Influences senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating the product vision, progress, and value delivered to the business
  • Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • Up to 25% travel
  • 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • A visionary leader with a start-up mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Over 5 years of product management experience, highlighted by your success in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Significant expertise in either Dispatch & Routing or Parts Supply Chain
  • An inspirational strategist who excels in both high-level thinking and hands-on execution
  • A collaborative influencer who can unite teams and align diverse stakeholder interests towards a common goal
  • An innovation enthusiast who relentlessly pursues improvement and adaptation
