(Senior) Product Manager – Settlement Service Domain

Reports To: Digital Payments Platform Owner

About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager (or Sr PM) to lead the vision and strategy for seller settlements within our Digital Payments Platform (DPP). You’ll focus on automating workflows, ensuring financial accuracy, and delivering seamless seller experiences for payouts and settlements.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product lifecycle for the Settlement Service Domain, emphasizing automation, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning strategies with business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering to integrate seamlessly with AP, GL, and other financial systems.

• Enhance seller transparency with self-service tools for real-time settlement details.

• Monitor key metrics like settlement accuracy, seller satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure financial compliance and adhere to internal controls.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in settlements, payouts, or financial systems.

• Expertise in AP/AR processes, financial workflows, and seller-centric systems.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders.

• Data-driven approach with proven success using analytics for product decisions.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and global compliance is a bonus.

• Analytical thinker with experience in API, financial systems, and compliance.

Compensation:

Product Manager: up to $162K + bonus
Senior Product Manager: up to $202K + bonus
