Job Summary: You will be joining Prisma a new Proptech venture of Priority Commerce to lead the roadmap and delivery for our Payment and Banking as Service Platform. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in payments and financial service as a subject matter expert to deliver innovative solutions for the Property Management space. You will align our roadmap and delivery towards our long-term vision to revolutionize how our customers manage, control and optimize their cashflow. You will work closely with our payment and financial services partners, engineering and sales and marketing organizations to plan and prioritize deliverables based on our vision and business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Be the product champion and voice of our customers (Property Managers and Tenants)by deeply understanding their problems and needs.

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to build business cases and influence product strategy.

• Develop a strategy and roadmap for your product line and execute on the plan to deliver with the engineering team.

• Work with internal and external third parties to assess business value and implement new integrated products.

• Manage innovation lifecycle from concept, design, development to go-to-market.

• Support Agile process and drive efficiency (including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• 6+ years in product management, with a proven track record building highly impactful products.

• Passion for financial services technology and its potential to transform how businesses manage their cashflow.

• Ability to translate complex functional and technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.

• Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineers, designers, and external partners to build products and complex systems at scale.

• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence both user-facing and partner-facing stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for precise and concise articulation of user problems.

• Analytical mindset, proven experience working cross-functionally to turn data insights into strategic decisions.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with autonomy and responsibility.

• Background delivering successfully on a quarter roadmaps and aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.

• Strong business acumen and comfort with complex ecosystem and platform-level problems.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Real Estate or Property Management verticals.

• Experience with treasury and risk management solutions.

• Technical background.

• Experience with AI.

• Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation range: 64,000 - $111,764
