As a Senior Product Manager at Array you will be a foundational member of a team, building on the backbone of our products. You will be working directly with leadership to define product strategy internally and externally, strategizing from a technical standpoint, how to ensure our products continue to be successful and dynamic. We are particularly interested in optimizing and understanding consumer front end conversion rates. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and operational teams while building products that internal and external customers love.
This position will have an abbreviated interview process and those selected will be given an opportunity to participate in a 6 week paid work trial environment as a contractor (40hrs a week). In those 6 weeks, you will be expected to act on ambiguous tasks, find and synthesize data, and work closely with the CEO and entire C-Suite. We can support 1099 or C2C for the 6 week period. Upon successful completion of the trial we may consider extending or agree to full time employment.
You Will:
- Own and optimize the front-end experience of the product, with a focus on increasing conversion rates and user engagement.
- Drive improvements in user onboarding and application flows, ensuring the best possible experience for customers.
- Analyze user feedback and data to make informed decisions that enhance product performance and drive higher conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs, user expectations, and product goals.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention, focusing on organic growth and return on spend.
