As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of initiatives that drive engagement and growth for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business including working closely with user research and the marketing team to identify new customer segments and expansion opportunities for Aura across the globe.

This position is an individual contributor role. 

Day to Day:

  • Drive outcomes, not output. Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and the role that your product domain plays in the life of both our users and the Aura company to drive the right outcomes for all

  • Drive a clear future vision. Lead product strategy and development of Growth initiatives at Aura, specifically focusing on post-enrollment revenue flows and growth loops

  • Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect and utilize whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, user behavior, or other business metrics

  • Drive cross-functional alignment. Clearly communicate product vision, roadmaps, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to Aura executives, employees, and users

  • Make tradeoff decisions. Drive clarity around technical considerations, business insights, experimentation results, and current constraints while continuing to keep the team focused on the right outcomes

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the product management team.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful direct to consumer subscription product experiences and driving ongoing user engagement.

  • Strong business acumen & familiarity with core financial metrics that drive consumer SaaS

  • Influential communication and rapport-building skills and that facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, quick decisions, and team alignment

  • Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to analyze usage data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals while prioritizing user needs

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Experience with React framework

  • Experience with data visualization services like Tableau, Heap, etc.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field

Pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
