About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is motivated to improve inefficient and stressful experiences, which is often how the real estate transaction is described, to join our remote team. This product manager role will own projects supporting strategic product roadmap across all phases, personas, and platforms (web, iOS, Android).

You Will Get To:

• Identify problems or improvements for our customers and owning the right solution

• Have customer insight and devise product features that drive the desired customer experience

• Establish product goals and develop a roadmap to work in partnership with product design & development teams

• Govern product development efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, technical specifications, and launch efforts

• Take ownership of roadmap and strategy documentation to ensure clear communication and coordination of product needs for the business and product development team

• Communicate expectations to & collaborating with various stakeholders to anticipate and make functionality trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and manage bottlenecks

• Partner with product analysts to develop objectives and track key results to derive valuable product insights for actionable change based on data
