The Product: Core & Connectivity
Our Core platform is comprised of properties, calendar, messaging, metrics, operations, and guest experience. The Connectivity component is our integrations into major online travel agencies like Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Travel, and VRBO. Our nearly 15,000 customers rely on our core and connectivity product to manage $300M+ in monthly reservations.
Responsibilities
We provide value to our customers by relentlessly simplifying our product and uncovering new ways to gift our customers their time back. We want to make managing short-term rentals trivial. Your responsibility is to keep our product on mission.
- Drive outcomes and own the results on a multi-million dollar business line
- Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking that down into rapidly shippable projects, consistent with the company vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps, based on your interaction with customers and aggregate customer feedback.
- Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products that solve the right problems.
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Prioritize, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with impact on business.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Actively seek out opportunities to innovate.
