Job description.

Huge is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Management craft. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional crafts to define the core product vision, goals, functionality, and requirements while establishing a shared set of objectives by building collective consensus on priorities leading to product delivery and beyond.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature to bring to market.
  • Create and maintain feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches.
  • Validate & identify strategic opportunities through research, data analysis, A/B testing, competitive research and other relevant tools.
  • Act as the voice of the user and key stakeholders during day to day aspects of product development. 
  • Help define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments.
  • Mentor and manage team members.
  • Participate in a culture of learning and growing.

  • Product expertise, including analyzing business problems, and working to prioritize and create engaging experiences. 
  • A natural understanding of technology and how to use it to achieve outstanding products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, and an understanding of roles + responsibilities in various development methodologies.
  • User/Client/Colleague empathy.
  • The ability to work across multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and storytelling ability with the emotional intelligence to adjust your style based upon your audience.
  • A systems thinker who is proactive rather than reactive - putting principles first. 
  • Experience using measurable approaches to introduce solutions.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and summarizing into relevant insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - willing to work across multiple crafts (Creative, Data & Analytics, Technology, Program, etc.).
  • Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
