Role Summary

Renew Home is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team leading B2B product development efforts to support a range of partners across the energy landscape as we seek to grow the largest virtual power plant in North America.

  • This product manager will support the director of B2B product in defining, building and executing against the roadmap.

    • You are energized by meeting with partners to deeply understand their needs and you have experience turning their needs - not just their requests - into a roadmap and launched/landed products.
  • This role will report to the Direct of Product, B2B.

What You Will Do

  • Solving for the challenges and opportunities across a diverse set of energy partners. For example, energy utilities, device OEMs, HVAC Pros, etc.
  • Translating those opportunities into tangible features. 
  • Drive a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product marketers, and business development and sales leads to execute against the roadmap balancing, impact, scale and both business and end customer experiences. 
  • Launch and land B2B features that help bring to life the next era of virtual power plants in the US.
