To succeed, we are looking for an eager Product Manager (all genders) with mid-to-senior experience, based anywhere in Germany or Portugal (remote), to join our team. This position is full-time.

The Role

We’re looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to own the core product—the foundation that makes everything else possible. You’ll work on both our Partner Portal (supporting our partners) and Consumer App (for our clients) and thereby have a crucial role within the company with lots of responsibility. The ability to reach our goals as a company is largely dependent on the core product working seamlessly. We’re looking for somebody who thrives on this real ownership and the impact that comes with while remaining a pragmatic team-player to get their hands dirty.

Your mission: ongoing improvement of the core user flows & key features, keeping product hygiene, increasing the quality of the team’s work, and elevating the overall user experience. Think annoying bugs, the last 5% to really nail something, the change that would make the UX so much better — the things that usually get pushed aside.
