4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144Senior Designers on the Experience Design team bring a user-centered design sensibility to KeyBank’s client experiences. We are seeking an accomplished, collaborative, and mature UX design professional with wealth management expertise who excels at creating intuitive, strategic designs and at forming and fostering productive, trusted relationships.
Key Wealth supports clients across the continuum from affluent to ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and others. In this role you will have accountability for the UX/UI design of complex, high-visibility user flows and interactions for Key Private Bank, Key Private Client, Family Wealth, and Key Institutional Services. You will be expected to champion design thinking while delivering an incomparable user experience and guiding product design activities that support the Wealth product team.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic design advocate who can confidently vocalize an informed, relevant design perspective to design colleagues, digital product and Line of Business partners, and executive leadership. They will be as motivated by optimization and results as they are by design and user experiences. This is a critical role on our Experience Design team within the Client & Employee Experience group that enables Key to deliver exceptional experiences by aligning data-driven action to the needs of our current and future clients and teammates.
COMPETENCIES
- No fewer than 5 years in the UX field with an emphasis on interaction design for web & mobile apps
- Proven UX/UI experience in the wealth management space (Originations and Servicing)
- Familiarity with Envestnet platform strongly preferred
- Experience integrating low-code platforms strongly preferred
- A standout design portfolio representing your design philosophy, problem-solving process, and design outcomes
- Product design leadership that elevates the quality and craft of design for both external customers and internal clients
- Ability to lead the execution of all design interactions and user interface stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Ability to articulate design processes and enable others to develop quality design solutions
- Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and other design expressions that conceptualize and communicate design ideas, experiences & interactions
- Ability to facilitate user research and conduct analysis, ideation and design review sessions
- Proficiency in Figma software for design, wire-framing, prototyping, and collaboration
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Ability to contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Key Design System
- Proficiency using Confluence/Jira, Miro, Monday.com, and related tools
