This role offers a remote or hybrid work offering for a Bulgarian-based individual. Kindly note that applications will only be considered if you are located in Bulgaria and have the legal right to work in Bulgaria.

Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Senior Product Designer with proven UI/UX Mobile App experience. In this role, you will be helping us create amazing experiences for our users that support our mission.

Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will be:

• End-to-end design from early definition and research through to solution and product development
• Support and liaise with our User Research team in the early design phases
• Proactively guide design decisions with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
• Design and produce well-thought-out designs based on research and data
• Follow and evolve our design language to achieve best-in-class UI
• Conduct and run usability testing on the designs 

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:

• Strong Visual and UI skills for mobile apps with a portfolio that demonstrates this 
• A minimum of five years of industry experience in designing B2C grade mobile apps using evidence to drive solutions 
• Experience with designing for accessibility 
• Experience showcasing impactful design solutions with a focus on user needs
• Exposure to agile software development
• Exposure to user-centric design practices and design thinking
• Above average English communication skills
• Proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details

Highly advantageous skills:

• Designing for motion and micro-interactions 
• Worked with some Front-end code and exposure to React Native 
• An interest in psychology or cognitive science

The Interview Process:

• Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner. This should last no longer than 45 minutes
• Online interview with the Head of Product Design and a Senior Product Designer or a Product Manager
• Final interview with the Head of Product Design and Product Director
