Job Summary: As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be working alongside the product team to help design the next generation of Priority. We are a small, multi-disciplined team looking for our newest member. We have a variety of projects in the pipeline, from scaling existing applications to being the first on the ground for entirely new product lines. There are countless UX challenges and opportunities that will allow you to utilize your full range of skills showcasing product design, interaction design, and visual design. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the entire design process for your projects, including translating research into new or iterative product ideas, creating and socializing UX flows, and delivering high-fidelity mockups ready to ship.
• Sketch and prototype ideas appropriately to quickly assess viability and iterate on work.
• Obsess over details, understanding they are the foundation of your work.
• Advocate for design throughout the organization, collaborating with other designers and teams to create the best solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to collect feedback, build, and ship your designs effectively.
• Think about design contributions in terms of systems and their broader impact.
• Serve as an ambassador for design, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring clarity in the design process.
• Take a self-motivated approach to gathering and implementing stakeholder feedback.
• Create or improve features with patterns and systems in mind, ensuring scalability across the suite of applications.
• Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in your areas of impact.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS to understand their technical limitations and empower engineers.
• Experienced in designing products and systems, not just websites.
• Have cross-device experience.
• Naturally curious and relentless in the quest for knowledge.
• Understand that collaboration is key to the success or failure of projects.
• Work towards the best possible solution, not just the easiest one.
• Possess a keen ability to distinguish between a good and bad user experience.
• Excellent communicator, whether articulating work to designers or showcasing features during company-wide demos.
• Appreciate the entire product design process and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
• Self-starter with a passion for actively seeking new opportunities to improve the product experience.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range: $119,427 - $156,227

Traditional Physical Requirements

• Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
