Senior Product Designer, Product Led Growth

About The Roll*

Toast is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help spearhead the design strategy and execution for initiatives that directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our product suite. You will lead cross-functional teams for product led growth and pricing to develop compelling, data-informed user experiences that drive customer product growth. 

The right ingredients* (Requirements)

• Lead Product-Led Growth Design: Drive the UX design vision for product-led growth initiatives, aligning design strategy with overall business objectives for growth and pricing to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our suite of products.
• Consumer-grade Design Execution: Create interactive prototypes, user flows, and pixel-perfect UI and marketing and branded assets that push the boundaries of digital experiences.. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and Data Analysts to define and execute design strategies and experiments that integrate seamlessly with product development cycles.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and validate design decisions that boost user experience and product growth.
• Design System partner: Act as a key contributor to Toast’s design system (mobile and web). You will help define the system of components that enable other teams to participate in growth initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability of the system. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate design concepts, experiments and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and aligning solutions with strategic business goals.

• Hybrid-work: Success in this role will likely require the ability to be close to our design, product and engineering leaders who are in Boston.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$133,000—$213,000 USD
