YOUR ROLE

Utilizing your outstanding design skills grounded in data, you will craft designs that seamlessly merge functionality with visual appeal, addressing the requirements of our partners, internal stakeholders, and SEO initiatives. This is integral to our ongoing company expansion. You  will be responsible for creating user experiences that are intuitive, responsive, and scalable. These experiences should not only provide exceptional customer-first interactions but also meet and surpass Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) goals.

Your role will include uncovering insights, identifying opportunities and requirements, and presenting them to both peers and leadership. Additionally, you will initiate experiments, assess their performance, and collaborate with the engineering team to iterate and implement tests or features.

Achieving success in this position will stem from  your expertise in data-driven UI & UX design, mobile design, branding, and online marketing/advertising. Your role involves developing inventive and responsive design solutions for both mobile and web products, emphasizing optimization for conversions. You will contribute to the entire life cycle, spanning from initial sketches and conceptual wires to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and through to development and implementation.
