We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated Senior Producer to join our team and manage projects from concept through to release and beyond.

You will be embedded within the development team, owning the daily relationship with team members to ensure all needs, requirements and expectations are met while also foreseeing and managing risk. Forming close relationships is a must; fostering a happy and motivated team while balancing all the above is as much of an art as a science that will require you to engage both your production tools & methodologies as well as your interpersonal skills.
As part of a game's leadership structure, you will ensure there is alignment with stakeholders on the vision and planning for each title and be accountable for delivering that vision within the constraints of time, budget and quality. The Senior Producer is also the main contact point for ensuring other departments' needs are factored into the project, such as Publishing, Release Management and the wider studio.
