The Senior Processing Analyst is a dynamic, high integrity individual with superior technical ability. They are an adaptable and innovative problem solver that enjoys being part of a highly collaborative, service-focused team. The Senior Processing Analyst is responsible for championing best practices, driving development, and continuous improvement while remaining responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment of project tickets and troubleshooting and providing support to internal colleagues.

 

Additionally, the Senior Processing Analyst act as an escalation point for Processing team members' requests, as well as to help create and execute new workflows, supports queue management when a queue manager is not present, and is a key assistant in team member training. The Senior Processing Analyst is also expected to play a critical role by partnering with the other eDiscovery Technical Services teams and our internal Client Services group to shepherd Lighthouse client data through our various systems while meeting aggressive client deadlines with the highest level of quality.

 

What will this person do?

  • Maintain a high sense of urgency while working on multiple projects, and escalate items to the client services team if there are going to be delays in timing
  • Able to scope current and incoming work orders and provide timeline estimates.
  • Coordinate across teams to drive automation and continuous standardization in processing methodologies, practices, and workflows
  • Acts as second-level escalation for troubleshooting internal issues relating to technology/data investigation
  • Responsible for training new or current team members on department processes and applications, as well as assisting with troubleshooting requests and fixes to deliverables
  • Propose and drive initiatives involving the Processing team, increasing innovation and continually improving systems and processes
  • Drives quality initiatives and actively contributes to the development of standard operating procedures and optimization of quality checks
  • Perform quality control checks on self and the work of others to ensure quality ratings remain high.
  • Accurately records quality inconsistencies per established procedures to assure 100% compliance of data and deliverables to client specifications
