Currently managing over 30 client accounts, we are on a trajectory to double that number in the next 6 months. We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to independently manage and grow client accounts, bringing professional expertise and strategic vision to the team.

You are an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 5+ years of expertise in driving leads and optimizing campaigns for high-performance results. You hold a current Google Ads Search certification and are passionate about leveraging analytics to maximize results.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Lead and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they align with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
Campaign Management: Execute all aspects of campaign management independently, including keyword optimization, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.
SOPs Creation: Develop and document SOPs to standardize and streamline campaign processes for scalability across future client accounts.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns, driving improvements in CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Reporting & Insights: Provide stakeholders with clear performance reports, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes, incorporating new tactics into campaigns.
Mentorship: Share your expertise by mentoring junior team members on PPC best practices and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing high-performing campaigns.
Certification: Must obtain Google Ads certification within the first 30 days of employment. Additional certifications are a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to create high-level strategies that are tailored to client objectives and drive campaign success.
Independent Work Style: Proven ability to manage campaigns with minimal guidance and take ownership of client accounts.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance campaign performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, insights, and action plans to both clients and internal teams.
Process-Driven: Experience in creating SOPs and workflows that ensure consistent and efficient campaign management.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager and analytics platforms. Familiarity with other platforms like Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with home service businesses or similar industries is highly preferred.
Nice-to-Haves:
YouTube Advertising: Experience creating and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns.
Programmatic Display Advertising: Familiarity with the Google Display Network (GDN) or other demand-side platforms (DSPs).
