Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will play a critical role by creating and supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle, deliverables, governance, tracking performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Your role in our mission

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to project management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Assist with risk management, escalation, and resolution processes.
  • Prepare and deliver portfolio-level reports, communicating progress to clients and executives based on detailed project status analysis.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project and program performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct phase gate audits to ensure project schedules and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide guidance and solutions to project team members to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Identify and escalate potential resource conflicts or constraints.
  • Ensure projects adhere to company, account, and PMO standards.
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert (SME) on project management tools, processes, and templates.
  • Promote and support the adoption of project management best practices.

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a PMO or project management environment.
  • Proven track record in project analysis, reporting, and governance.
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Online
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Foundation).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on stakeholders and audience.
  • Strong leadership skills .
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
