If so, come and join our Performance and Compliance team as a Senior Performance Analyst, where you'll play a vital role in driving sales performance across our Mid-Market and EDF Business Solutions teams!
The Opportunity…
As a Senior Performance Analyst, your primary focus will be to analyse, design, manage, and optimise sales performance strategies, tools, and processes. You'll empower Managers to assess and improve the effectiveness of their sales teams, ensuring we consistently deliver against our targets.

What you’ll be doing
• Drive growth in Sales for both Gas and Electric by identifying key KPIs and sales metrics.
• Develop growth strategies using data insights, automation, and technology to minimise administrative and operational workloads in Sales and Delivery.
• Enhance process efficiency by reducing lead times and optimising FTE allocation to tasks.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, create and define new processes, and produce detailed process maps.
• Support investment cases for new initiatives and projects to improve the customer journey and industry performance, balancing risk and cost considerations.
• Analyse large datasets and summarise findings into clear, actionable conclusions.
• Review manual processes and reengineer them into scalable, automated, or standardised solutions through process improvement techniques.
• Secure buy-in and engagement for performance improvement initiatives from senior leaders, customers, and regulators.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with experience operating in a similar role at this level and a track record of delivering successful business change.
You’ll have strong analytical skills and will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to a wide range of senior stakeholders, actively engaging leaders to impact decision making.
