The role:
As the Senior Performance Ads Strategy Manager, GTM, you will play a pivotal in building and scaling Fetch’s core Performance Ads business. You will be expected to think analytically to diagnose trends in our core business, create activation strategies to drive growth & also execute at a rapid pace to bring the strategy to life. From building product adoption KPIs & tracking, to creating product activation strategies, commercialization levers, client segmentation, and sales enablement - you will be driving all of these critical areas!
Scope of responsibilities:
- Product Activation Strategy & Operations: Define KPIs, track & analyze product adoption trends, and create activation strategies to maximize adoption and sales.
Analyze Activation:
- Perform adhoc analyses and develop perspectives on product performance and activation, developing new recommendations
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner across product, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align teams on a common goal, and remove barriers to success.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively communicate the value proposition of our technology
- Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Gather data and feedback from the market to identify areas where the product can be improved or adapted to better meet customer needs.

- You have developed KPIs and tracking to monitor and diagnose product adoption trends
- You understand key drivers of product adoption trends, with clear and actionable plans to address any challenges
- You are proactively identifying opportunities to help empower our sales teams through improved product operations, resources, and training
The ideal candidate:
- Data-driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and refine strategies based on insights. Intermediary SQL skills will be a plus.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies in a very ambiguous problem and opportunity.
- Excellent Execution Skills: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent at managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver impactful product launches and sustained revenue growth.
- Sales Enablement: Experience working with sales teams or in a sales support role, with strong skills in creating and presenting client-facing materials.
Skills & Minimum Qualifications Needed
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, or digital strategy / analytics
- Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to work with data teams.
- SQL proficiency to support data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and reports for sales and client discussions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with great attention to detail
Bonus points if you have experience with…
- Familiarity with digital media and retail media networks, understanding both internal and external partner dynamics.
Compensation:
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $114,557-$130,095. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
