WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a Senior People Success Business Partner (PSBP) with a passion for aligning people strategies with business objectives. As the PSBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting onX Marketing, vertical product teams, operations, and other general business teams like Finance, Business Development, etc. These teams are essential to our success and our ability to delight customers. You will be instrumental in implementing people and organizational strategies that propel our business objectives and foster a culture of excellence and engagement.

This is an exciting time to join onX as we transition to an HRBP business model. You will be a part of this transformation, supporting the design and execution of this new approach.
