Our team at Evolve is looking for a Senior People Business Partner (HRBP) to help shape and support the Evolver experience. This role will drive business outcomes, champion culture and play an integral part in the development of our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building trust, solving problems and not shying away from difficult conversations. This individual has a hospitality mindset and embodies our 6 core values in every conversation and interaction.
What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders in the development and execution of key talent programs that support our commitment to diversity and inclusion such as talent assessment, performance management, career pathing and development, change leadership, engagement, and organizational design
- Act as a strategic adviser to a specific line of business, with a focus on partnership with senior and executive leadership to support the business in achieving organizational goals
- Partner with the People Operations Team to support the expansion of the HR Service Delivery Model through change management activities, consistent feedback loops, and process design
