As a Senior People Business Partner, Marketing, Revenue and Medical Affairs, you will partner with our Senior Director, People Business Partners to increase employee success and improve business performance for these departments. With prior experience working for fast-paced companies, the ideal candidate will bring a proven history of success leveraging deep HR subject matter expertise and business acumen to offer individual coaching, team enablement, and organizational development initiatives that enable the business to meet mission-critical deliverables.

This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer (in the interim) and to the Senior Director, PBPs (who is on parental leave) beginning in September. This individual will work remotely. 

What you will do:

  • Support managers in executing on performance management processes and provide day-to-day manager and employee coaching. 
  • Guide managers and leaders on sensitive employee relations matters while partnering with employees as a trusted confidant and advocate.
  • Analyze engagement survey data to present key insights and to build practices and programs that improve culture and top talent retention.
  • Support full-scale People programs and processes for the Revenue, Marketing and Med Affairs teams, including compensation program administration, talent management, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. 
  • Design and lead efforts to strengthen our culture including career pathing, training experiences, function-specific performance management resources. 
  • Develop trusting, value-add, credible relationships with business leaders, People team experts, and employees. 

What we expect from you:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience 
  • 5+ years of Business Partner experience in direct support of senior executives
