The Team

Our Health Engineering Solutions (HES) team works side by side with customers to articulate a vision for success, and then make it happen. We know success doesn't happen by accident. It takes the right team of people, working together on the right solutions for the customer. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Pega Developer who will be a key driver to make this happen.

The Work

The QMARS (Quality Management and Review System) enables the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care-Quality Improvement Organizations (BFCC-QIOs) to conduct comprehensive case reviews of Medicare beneficiaries. It facilitates assessments of the quality of care, determination of the medical necessity for treatments, evaluation of services, and service terminations. QMARS provides an innovative, patient-focused solution that enhances accountability and transparency in healthcare, ultimately improving the quality of care for beneficiaries throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise-class structure design.
  • Experience in Pega Frameworks and Case Management.
  • Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
  • Experience working on various rules and features like flows, activities, user interface, flow actions, agents, SLA, correspondence, security, reports, listeners, connectors, etc.
  • Working with Business Rule Engine, Business Process Management process for Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
  • Implement best practices in PEGA architecture/design / coding
  • Exposure to Pega Implementation Methodology/Agile development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of in-depth, hands-on application development experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworks.
  • 4 years’ experience in data analytics
  • 4 years’ experience with SQL, python, or statistical software such as SAS, Stata, or R.
  • Proficient in PEGA Implementation cycle which includes PRPC deployment, development, testing, trouble shooting and bug tracking.
  • Sound Skills in developing PRPC High Level Class structure, Rule set management and Workflows using Pega Rules Process Commander.
  • At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Process
  • Pega Certified System Architect
  • Pega Certified System Architect 7.4, Certified Senior System Architect 7.4
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
  • You may be required to participate in periodic drug testing and background checks per government customer’s needs
  • Our core work hours are 10am - 4pm Eastern Time with the option to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Open Span tool – Pega robotic automation.
  • CRSA (Certified Robotic system Architect).
  • Experienced in Security Testing such as RACF and ACF testing.
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience working on a project using the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Experience on a software development team building modern software products.
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Location:

Remote.

Travel for a conference or to another ICF location for collaboration could be required once a year. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
