Benefitfocus Senior Partnership Executive 


Benefitfocus, the leading producer of employee benefits software, provides employers and insurance carriers with a customizable technology platform to shop, enroll, manage, and exchange benefits all in one place. Benefitfocus is currently seeking a Senior Partnership Executive, which is a key role within the Benefitfocus Sales Organization. They will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) tasked with the relationship management, internal enablement, and reporting on your assigned products and clients. This is a 100% remote position - selected candidate must reside in the United States.

The Contributions You’ll Make:

  • Relationship Management: This individual will act as the primary point of contact that works directly with the partner to optimize success in several areas including but not limited to: partner on-boarding, established cadence of communication and deliverables, training of partner about value proposition, and proxy to all other key resources at the Company as part of the on-going relationship.
  • Internal Enablement: The associate will be responsible for organizing a consistent way to educate and enable all necessary cross-functional departments for expedited path to revenue success including but not limited to Employer Sales, Benefit Catalog Advisors, Regional Practice Leaders, Client Executives, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
