Senior Partner Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist to support the execution and management of co-marketing initiatives with partners within ServiceTitan’s Partner Program (PP). This role will focus on ensuring smooth operations, managing partner collaboration, and amplifying the value of ServiceTitan’s partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing operations background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
 What you'll do:
  • Co-marketing content creation: Build engaging content ranging from in-app messaging, email cadences, webinars, podcasts as well as contribute to newsletters and the blog. 
  • Drive co-marketing campaigns and cadences: From pipeline management to developing channel strategy.
  • Internal and External PP Oversight: Ensure official partners are featured in brand initiatives, and monitor partner engagement on social channels and ServiceTitan’s community.
  • Enablement: Collaborate with the Enablement team to educate internal teams on PP & ServiceTitan’s Marketplace.
  • Performance monitoring: Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize campaign outcomes and ROI.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, brand marketing, or related roles in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools and analytics platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing technology platforms.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $85,700 CAD - $128,500 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits. Apply
