Over the past year, we’ve successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ads, delivering profitable results for renowned clients such as Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.
As we continue to scale, we’re making key changes to our organizational structure, recruitment processes, and sales funnels to drive further growth. We’re now seeking a passionate Senior Paid Social Manager to play an essential role in managing our DTC clients and ensuring they achieve their monthly growth targets through innovative paid advertising strategies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will lead the success of a diverse portfolio of high-value e-commerce clients across various niches.
- Your ability to consistently deliver outstanding results under pressure is paramount, as client retention is directly tied to performance.
- You will be responsible for strategizing, building, and executing high-budget Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, often managing monthly spend levels from £25k on behalf of clients.
- You will oversee a wide-ranging portfolio of clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision and excellence.
- Strong communication skills are key, and you will engage directly with your clients on a regular basis through Slack and Google Meets, providing strategic insights and maintaining robust relationships.
- Collaborating closely with our Senior Account Manager you will help drive both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. Your expertise in current eCommerce best practices—including Paid Ads, retention strategies, creative development, CRO, landing pages, Shopify, and analytical tools—will play a critical role in guiding the success of our campaigns.
- You will also be expected to stay ahead of the curve, continuously refining your approach based on emerging trends and innovations in the industry.
- As a senior member of the team, you’ll play an instrumental role in shaping our internal meta creative strategy, contributing innovative ideas, and helping to drive the creative vision for a wide variety of brands.
- Your deep knowledge of eCommerce and paid social advertising will be central to ensuring that all campaigns remain cutting-edge, effective, and aligned with client needs.
Main Requirements:
- You’ll need 3+ years of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level.
- Previous agency experience is essential. If not, you must have experience within a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand with a demonstrated portfolio.
- A thorough understanding of Shopify and e-commerce. If you’ve never heard of Shopify, Klaviyo or Triple Whale then this role won’t be for you.
- You must have extensive knowledge of the operations and advertising strategies of high-level ecom brands.
- Top-notch research skills, with the need to pivot from client to client whilst being ahead of industry trends.
