Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Paid Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in paid social advertising, LinkedIn Ads, B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation, and conversion rate optimization. Previous experience in a US agency environment is required.
Salary: $5,000 (commensurate with experience and skills).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to B2B clients' objectives, including brand lift and demand generation.
  • Lead the production, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more, with budgets ranging from $1,000 to $100,000/month.
  • Act as a senior paid media expert in client meetings, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Supermetrics, delivering clear, data-driven insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with designers and copywriters to produce compelling ad creative that aligns with campaign goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either c1 or C2 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • Extensive experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years in paid media management, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including account-based targeting, creative testing, and demand generation metrics.
  • Familiarity with various campaign types (conversion, awareness, audience growth, etc.).
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and optimization using tools like Google Analytics and Supermetrics.
  • Background in B2B marketing and demand generation is essential.
