We’re looking for a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Manager to join our team and help shape our company’s talent and organizational strategy. In this role, you'll blend analytical thinking with a deep understanding of people dynamics to guide key initiatives like workforce planning, succession management, talent assessment, and org design. You’ll assess our company’s structure, culture, and performance to uncover opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change. By analyzing organizational functions, capabilities, reporting structures, and design elements—such as span of control and specialization—you’ll help ensure we’re operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. You’ll also work closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and the People Programs team to create targeted action plans for critical roles and talent segments, addressing risks and gaps proactively. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning
Lead and evolve talent planning initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and promotion readiness, aligned with Talent Reviews and feedback cycles.
Design talent assessment processes to identify critical roles and top talent, working closely with the People Programs team.
Develop action plans for high-potential talent and roles at risk of attrition, while building robust talent pipelines.
Collaborate on the evolution of talent philosophies around internal mobility, pay-for-performance, and other strategic areas.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management and organizational development.
Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into talent planning initiatives.
Organizational Development & Design
Assess organizational structures, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness.
Partner with PBPs and business leaders to guide investments using org design principles.

Base Salary Range: $162,000 - $212,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
