The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Senior Operations Accountant to join our finance team and report to the Controller. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records by managing account reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and processing payroll. Key duties include handling accounts payable, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, and maintaining detailed vendor reports. You will also support internal controls, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial operations. This role is remote based and requires limited travel.

Must have details:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting
• Familiarity with Netsuite and Rippling 
• Multi-state payroll experience
• High level of attention to detail and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• You are located in, and authorized to work in, the US
