The New Partnership Development role is responsible for securing new leads & qualified prospects for enterprise and Region/Division sales teams. This individual will partner with the corporate partnerships team and region/division sales to ensure the Top 25 pipeline is being fulfilled on a regular basis. They will study marketplace and industry trends to identify and organize leads as they move through the ACS sales cycle. They will capture new prospects, qualify them and manage them to the appropriate next phase of the sales cycle. They will build and direct a lead management practice at ACS with the goal of finding and nurturing new donors, corporate partners and volunteers to support our mission to save lives, celebrate lives and lead the fight for a world without cancer. This is a practice that is in its infancy at ACS but is expected to grow significantly in the coming years.
This role will partner with marcom to execute lead generation activities & campaigns through cancer.org, social/digital strategies, match strategies, and other outbound lead generation activities.
This role will also analyze the current non-profit landscape and corporate giving trends to ensure that ACS can focus it’s outreach on companies/donors with a proclivity towards investing in health related strategic relationships.

**This role is 100% remote. Final candidate can sit anywhere in the United States of America**

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively build and maintain a robust wish list of new relationships for each enterprise Corporate Partnerships team member and Region/Division teams.
  • Prospect leads through relevant channels.
  • Qualify leads by levels of interest.
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns with marketing and comms.
  • Initiative cold calls, emails and other outbound communications.
  • Develop reporting mechanism for lead generation conversion with critical KPI’s.
  • Analyze new business acquisition trends for ACS and build strategies for enterprise execution
  • Create sales LinkedIn strategy for team members and volunteers to execute.
  • Expertly use various digital sales and marketing tools (ex: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot) to build and manage lead generation practice at ACS.
  • Build relationships within Digital Marketing team and ACS across departments to develop lead management workflows and RACI to execute and manage campaigns (1:Many and 1:1)

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 3-5+ years experience with Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.) and other demand generation platforms
  • Prefer experience with application deployment, scaling, and management systems/frameworks
  • High volume/transaction marketplace experience with lead generation and demand management targets of 1M+

SPECIAL MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to travel (by car and/or airplane) when necessary.

The starting rate is $90,000 to $100,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education
