Essential Job Functions:

• Member of an elite team responsible for delivery of network services among globally interconnected datacenters using SD-WAN and MPLS
• 8+ years in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects
• 8+ years monitoring and maintaining the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs
• Proven ability to implement and adhere to infrastructure best practices and standards
• Ability to act as a final point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents
• Assist in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation
• Participate in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives

 

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Require 15+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 7 years in architecture/engineering role supporting global datacenter interconnectivity 
• 8+ years proven experience in infrastructure technology management
• Meticulous time management for participation in large, complex projects

• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

• 8+ years experience in datacenter networking, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IPv6

• 5+ years experience with JunOS (JNCIE-ENT) MX routing platforms

• 5+ years experience with Cisco NXOS/IOS 

Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications, such as CCIE, JNCIE-ENT, ARUBA SD-WAN are preferred

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
