About the TeamThe Marketing team’s mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by defining and dominating our category. Our team’s purview spans all things marketing as well as our outbound engine, competitive, enablement, and value engineering. We’re responsible not just for creating high-velocity pipeline, but also the programs and trainings that help turn pipeline into revenue.
About the RoleJoin Clari’s marketing team as a Senior Marketing Project Manager, where you’ll play a key role in driving our most critical marketing initiatives. In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead the coordination of internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader priorities. You’ll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, defining milestones, KPIs, resourcing and RACIs, while ensuring deadlines are met. A PMP certification or equivalent, along with proven experience in fast-paced marketing environments, is highly desirable.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead cross-functional projects from start to finish: Be the glue across the entire lifecycle of major marketing initiatives that impact the entire team, including product launches, GMT tracking and annual planning. Oversee every stage—scoping, resourcing, planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring clear accountability, timely progress, success metrics are defined and alignment with organizational goals across departments
  • Optimize project planning and execution: Establish streamlined project management processes, templates, using Asana to drive organizational efficiency and ensure smooth execution and resourcing of key marketing initiatives
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for major projects between all Marketing teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive project implementation across all touchpoints
  • Translate strategy into action: Work closely with marketing leadership to convert high-level strategies into detailed project plans and RACIs with actionable steps and clear timelines
  • Develop and manage global Marketing calendar to capture and provide visibility into all Marketing programs, campaigns and launches in market with supporting briefs and summaries
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Set KPIs and track progress to measure project success, providing stakeholders with insightful reports that drive informed decision-making and necessary adjustments
  • Risk mitigation and escalation: Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to address them. Manage and escalate blockers and challenges, ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency
  • Champion continuous improvement: Lead ongoing assessments of project workflows, introducing innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools like Asana
  • Familiarity with all areas within a B2B marketing team, including content, product marketing, and marketing operations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
    The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
