Position Overview:
Player/coach responsibility for downstream program marketing for the RQI Partners portfolio, focusing on brand, positioning, education, sales enablement, demand generation and customer impact success
Position Holder is Accountable For:
- Regional account-based approach and activities to acquire and maintain customers and reach sales goals for the RQI Partners product portfolio.
- Account-based supervisory role for other regional marketing managers in a player/coach model
- Utilize marketing automation, tools and social platforms to drive market campaigns that deepen engagement, generate and nurture leads
- Develop marketing collateral, content, and tools and enablement to the sales channel to ensure readiness to successfully reach new sales revenue goals
- Maintain internal relationships and collaboration for the successful development, representation, market introduction and promotion of the RQI portfolio and recognition of RQI accounts.
- Track and measure marketing channel performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject – eg business or marketing
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in product management or marketing.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proven success in strategic and tactical marketing
- Healthcare field and/or hospital marketing experience required
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $100,000 to $105,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
