Job Type Full-time Description Be part of the movement that’s redefining women’s healthcare

At Origin, working with us isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to transform the way care is delivered to women. Every day, we’re building a company that’s elevating the standard of care for thousands now, with our sights set on reaching millions in the future.

This isn’t just another marketing job—it’s a chance to help women thrive, and an opportunity to be a part of something revolutionary. As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll amplify our message and help to build a brand that transforms how women feel about their bodies and care.

This past year, we partnered tirelessly with insurance companies to break down barriers to care. As a result, we’re now in-network for over 50 million people nationwide, making pelvic floor and whole-body physical therapy more accessible and affordable than ever before. It’s a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, and it’s just the beginning.

If you share our passion for creating accessible, life-changing care, we’d love to have you on our team. Together, we can continue making a difference for those who need it most.

Here’s what you can expect when you join us.

Requirements About you

You are already amazing.  Never change.  Embrace it.  We do know that there are some key skills and experiences that someone will need to have in order to be successful in this role, so before you apply, please make sure you’re a match for this profile (and if you haven’t yet, now is a good time to make sure you know who we are and what we do).
If work profiles were a thing, yours would go something like this.
You are creative and analytical (but not creative with the analysis because that’s a different thing).  You enjoy solving complex problems, but don’t enjoy it so much that you create them or make things complicated.  The idea of taking on a foundational role on a team is really exciting, you like to be there at the beginning or the re-beginning.
You love feedback.  Maybe less about your sweater (unless it’s from your grandma and she knitted it for you for Christmas and people really should tell you how amazing it is), but definitely about the work and you’re ready to pivot in response.
You’re ready for tomorrow.  You take the lessons of yesterday, what happened today and use it to help you win tomorrow.  You get an above average amount of work done.  Not because you’re at work 24/7/365 (you have health boundaries), but because you can focus, produce and prioritize.
You want this.  The past 4-6 years you’ve spent at a direct to consumer brand, scheduling and sending emails, social posts, reviewing Google Analytics have prepared you for this moment. This job.  You’re ready to work in a high growth, venture capital backed business with amazing mentors and teachers.
Table stakes

  • Hands-on experience managing organic growth in-house for full funnel D2C business (email, organic social, partnerships, influencer)
  • Proficient in analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize ROI
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (Iterable or similar) to drive acquisition and retention
  • Strong (REALLY STRONG) project management skills with the ability to drive both creative and technical aspects

  • Experience in health and wellness industry
  • Experience with brick and mortar locations

What you’ll achieve with these skills

Having a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact in the health and wellness space will:

  • Drive the growth and engagement of our community through innovative marketing programs
