The Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, will help generate leads for Quorum through integrated digital-first marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team. They will create full-funnel campaigns incorporating email, ads, events, and more. The ideal candidate is motivated and self-directed and understands how to engage B2B prospects.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to execute various programs that effectively move leads through the funnel and re-engage stagnant leads, accounts, and opportunities. This position is an individual contributor who is highly collaborative with sales, the Business Development Team, and the entire marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the volume of monthly marketing-influenced sales meetings and achieve marketing-originated pipeline targets.
  • Regularly plan, execute, and optimize campaigns around core ideal customer profiles and personas.
  • Report on digital KPIs and general campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize tactics.
  • Launch regular A/B or new tactic tests and share results and insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness, adhering to data privacy and company policies.
  • Create new content for emails, ads, and other buyer-facing assets.
  • Train AI tools and work with the team to convert generalized content into hyper-personalized pipeline-generating assets.
  • Automate manual processes to instantly enroll prospects in the correct marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and ops to ensure efficient lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, content team members, and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive digital branding across campaign tactics.
