THE ROLE:
As a strategic and customer-focused commercial leader, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive innovation at 24 Hour Home Care and aligning with the company's core mission and values. Your leadership will help translate market insights into actionable strategies that support enterprise-wide goals. Partnering cross-functionally across various teams, you’ll shape the marketing landscape to deliver value and create a shared vision that drives both short-term wins and long-term growth.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company growth targets and market insights, ensuring the marketing department is a critical contributor to enterprise success.
- Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership to influence the overall business strategy Community Supports (CS) Division.
- Define and articulate a clear brand strategy that strengthens the company’s presence as a leader in the home care industry. Ensure brand messaging consistently reflects our mission, values, and key market differentiators across all channels.
- Translate strategic market insights into engaging, actionable content and collateral that resonates with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and partners. Lead the creation of compelling narratives to enhance our value proposition.
- Partner with senior leadership to elevate the company's thought leadership and build a proactive presence at key industry events and trade shows that advances company goals.
- Lead the creation and refinement of customer and caregiver acquisition strategies, leveraging data-driven approaches, segmentation, and insights to optimize market penetration and improve retention.
- Drive brand innovation and product lifecycle management, overseeing product launches, extensions, and mature brand strategy to maximize impact across the lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s broader business objectives, ensuring that marketing remains tightly connected to sales, operations, and other key departments.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and maximizing return on investment.
- Oversee marketing operations and automation to create measurable improvements in sales, customer acquisition, onboarding, and operational performance.
This position is remote however will need to come in 1x a month for an office day for leadership meetings or business reviews dependent on business needs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 - 10+ years of effective strategic and creative marketing experience with a solid track record of building national brands, campaigns, and acquiring/retaining customers with strong ROI across online and offline mediums.
- Highly energetic, positive, and professional team player and leader with exceptional interpersonal skills who can embrace the mission and culture of the company and practice our core values.
- Recent and current creative and analytical experience utilizing digital and social marketing to drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understands the importance of being Clear, Concise, and Compelling.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A true passion for helping others.
- Consistent history of exceeding prescribed goals and leading successful teams
- Proven work experience as a B2B and B2C Sales Manager in high volume environments where coaching is a key focus
- Dynamic leadership abilities and an ability to find opportunity in change
- Experience implementing new sales processes & workflow improvement
- Hands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
- In-depth ability to develop and execute strategies to handle common B2B and B2C objections
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including acute attention to detail
- Problem solving attitude
- Effectively able to allocate and flex resources in multi-step sales processes to address the needs of the moment
