OVERVIEW:
The Senior Manager, Learning & Innovation Lab is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and developing impactful learning experiences across the organization. This position leads a team of Learning Portfolio Architects and Learning Experience Designers to create innovative and effective learning solutions for store and distribution center employees, as well as corporate roles within the Customer Support Center. The Senior Manager ensures that all learning content aligns with business objectives, leveraging modern learning technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, expertise in user experience (UX) and human-centered design, and proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Learning Portfolio Architects and Learning Experience Designers to design and deliver high-quality, blended learning solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end learning design process, from needs analysis and content creation to implementation and evaluation.
Ensure learning experiences are engaging and effective by leveraging modern learning technologies such as AI and chatbots.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of learning solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, incorporating learner feedback and analytics to enhance learning experiences.
Provide coaching and guidance to the team on best practices in instructional design, user experience (UX) methodologies, and project management.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs, using data-driven insights to optimize learning outcomes.
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree in HR, OD, IO Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Leadership Development, Instructional Design or similar
7-10 years of relevant experience in leading and growing teams in Learning and Development environments in large organizations to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Strong understanding of modern learning technologies, including AI, chatbots, and solutions that enhance blended learning.
Experience in instructional design and user-centered design to create engaging Instructor-led Training (ILT) and virtual learning experiences for on-demand consumption.
Skilled in vendor management to optimize learning solutions and partnerships.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
