Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy & Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Workforce Strategy and Workplace Experience to lead key initiatives within our global workforce and workplace strategy. This role will oversee a broad scope of HR responsibilities, including the management of offshoring, contingent worker transformation, headcount planning, organizational optimization, and strategic projects such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), internationalization, new entity setup, and large-scale organizational transformations. Additionally, the role will lead the workplace experience function, managing a team of onsite workplace experience specialists, ensuring seamless office operations, and overseeing our real estate portfolio.
How you'll add value:
- Offshoring & Contingent Workforce: Develop and implement strategies for offshoring, nearshoring, and managing contingent workers, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing workforce efficiency.
- Headcount Planning & Optimization: Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and plan headcount needs, analyzing workforce trends to support optimal resource allocation and cost management.
- Strategic HR Projects: Lead key strategic HR initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international expansion, new entity setup, organizational transformations, and transition projects.
- Organizational Transformation: Manage change initiatives, including restructuring, downsizing, and new operating model implementation, while minimizing disruption and maintaining employee engagement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team of onsite workplace experience specialists, fostering a culture of operational excellence and exceptional employee experience.
- Workplace Strategy & Experience: Develop and maintain a world-class workplace experience across all office locations, focusing on employee wellbeing, culture, and engagement.
- Real Estate Portfolio Management: Oversee the global real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient space utilization, lease management, office design, and optimization of office facilities.
- Onsite Operations & Services: Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations, including security, maintenance, and services for all employees, visitors, and clients.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and ensure regulatory compliance across global regions; serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce strategy, organizational transformation, and workplace experience; manage vendor relationships related to contingent workforce management, real estate, and workplace services.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in workforce management, workplace experience, real estate management, or related HR functions. Experience with global operations, offshoring, M&A, and organizational transformation is a must.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in headcount planning and optimization; excellent project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously; strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and geographies; deep understanding of global HR practices, labor laws, and contingent workforce regulations.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate future trends and needs in workforce planning and workplace experience to drive business outcomes.
- Change Management: Expertise in navigating large-scale organizational changes and transformations.
- Operational Excellence: Strong focus on continuous improvement in both workforce and workplace functions.

COMPETENCIES

- This position has a salary range of $125,000-$165,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
