Job Purpose and Overview

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Insights & Analytics will play a pivotal role in decision-making through data-driven insights. This individual will be responsible for developing comprehensive scorecards, reporting from disparate data systems, and aiding the strategic decisions of leadership through critical data insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Work Environment & Travel: This is a remote position with approximately 10% travel required.

What will you do as a Sr. Manager Supply Chain Insights & Analytics at Dawn Foods? 

• Develop and implement robust analytics and reporting tools to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics.
• Create scorecards and dashboards using data from multiple systems, providing leadership with actionable insights to improve supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical needs with business objectives, ensuring efficient movement of goods across the supply chain.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas of opportunity within the network and implement initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
• Build and manage a team of supply chain analysts focused on performance reporting and scenario planning.
• Risk Management Mindset: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Supporting Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve the sustainability of the supply chain, including reducing waste and optimizing resource use.
