About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and operationalizing our company vision and strategy, ensuring Stitch Fix delivers on its corporate goals. This position is an exciting opportunity to create significant impact by leading strategic planning, running Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and ensuring cross-functional alignment with our corporate objectives. You’ll also partner with leaders across all levels to deploy go-to-market strategies and manage key initiatives across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, you’ll collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and Client Services. You’ll ensure strategic plans are actionable, measurable, and embedded across teams to drive meaningful outcomes for our company and employees.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Lead corporate strategy planning efforts, including setting the strategic narrative, roadmap, OKRs, and driving alignment across the organization.
  • Oversee and run the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process to track progress toward corporate goals and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Deploy GTM strategies to the business, partnering with leaders to embed strategic priorities and measure their success.
  • Manage high-priority initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring clear ownership, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional partnership and collaboration, aligning teams across diverse functions to execute on strategic objectives.
  • Support senior leaders in defining and delivering on the company’s highest priorities, identifying opportunities for impact and improvement.
  • Develop tools, processes, and ways of working that empower teams to execute initiatives more effectively and with greater connection to the company’s strategy.
  • Translate complex data and qualitative insights into actionable strategies and solutions to improve project and company outcomes.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to stay current on industry trends, innovations, and best practices, applying insights to enhance Stitch Fix’s strategic approach.

  • You have at least 5–7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategy planning, or operations in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • You bring demonstrated experience leading OKRs, goal-setting processes, and MBRs, with a proven track record of ensuring alignment to corporate objectives.
  • You are highly skilled in deploying GTM strategies and managing strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • You are an expert in building cross-functional partnerships and influencing without authority, excelling at aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • You are a structured thinker who can navigate between high-level corporate strategy and tactical project execution, balancing big-picture vision with near-term priorities.
  • You thrive in solving complex problems and can distill the "so what" for different audiences, providing clarity and direction.
  • You are adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and change, and can pivot between short-term responsiveness and long-term strategic planning.
  • You are an exceptional communicator—clear, concise, and adept at tailoring messages to various audiences, including senior leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range$148,200—$218,000 USD
