Job Summary
Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base. Plans and develops print and online marketing outreach programs. Analyzes subscriber response to online and print marketing programs. Serves as Marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Deploys and measures effectiveness of direct mail marketing campaigns. Tracks market trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Manages Marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
- Manages local promotions, events marketing and coordinates with Direct Sales staff.
- Consults with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.
- Gathers, analyzes and identifies trends and opportunities in marketing campaigns, sales execution performance, and net revenue or customer growth impact.
- The Manager will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to identify performance trends and insights, enabling strategic decision-making.
- This role will focus on capturing, organizing, and analyzing large data sets to track key metrics, optimize processes, and drive business improvements.
- Responsible for core channel strategy inclusive of customer targeting, dialing tactics, new campaign trials to enable individual channel performance growth while maximizing revenue and sibscriber growth.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and develop data-driven strategies that enhance overall performance.
- Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
- Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Primary Location Pay Range: $109,459.62 - $164,189.43Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
