EssentialWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Manager of Strategy and Analytics. This role is crucial for driving our direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy, optimizing our presence on platforms like Amazon, and enhancing our overall retail impact through advanced analytics and strategic forecasting.
What You'll Do
- DTC Forecasting & Metrics Modeling: Develop and maintain robust KPIs and metrics models to project and track performance, enabling data-driven decisions across the DTC channel.
- Adaptive Scenario Planning: Lead scenario planning efforts to prioritize features and strategic initiatives, adapting to evolving market conditions and company objectives.
- New Product Development (NPD) Forecasting: Conduct forecasting for new product launches, assessing potential market impact and setting realistic expectations for growth.
- Media Measurement Effectiveness: Spearhead the analysis of media measurement effectiveness across DTC and Amazon platforms, utilizing advanced techniques such as attribution modeling, incrementality experimentation, and media mix modeling.
- In-house Attribution Model Development: Design and implement a bespoke attribution model tailored to our unique business needs and customer journeys.
- Customer LTV & Cohort Analysis: Perform in-depth lifetime value and cohort analysis to understand customer behaviors and profitability, both for DTC and Amazon channels.
- DTC Merchandising Strategy: Develop and optimize pricing and promotional strategies in the DTC channel to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Omnichannel Promotional Calendar: Create and manage a comprehensive promotional calendar, analyzing and recommending strategies across all channels including DTC, Amazon, and retail.
- Omnichannel Pricing Strategy: Oversee pricing strategies across various channels to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
- A la Carte Business Case Development: Evaluate and develop business cases for a la carte offerings, assessing their viability and potential market impact.
- New Product Incrementality: Analyze the incremental value of new product introductions across all sales channels.
- Quarterly Subscription Modeling/Analysis: Oversee and refine subscription models, providing insights and strategies for sustainable growth.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in strategic analytics, forecasting, and model development, preferably in a senior role within a DTC or e-commerce environment.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, economic modeling, and data science techniques to analyze customer behavior and market trends across different channels, ultimately recommending channel mix strategies that maximize profitability and P&L contribution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with media measurement, attribution modeling, and scenario planning.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing pricing and merchandising strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. …
