Let’s talk about the role:

As a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager at ResMed, you will be at the forefront of leading a team to shape the future of healthcare in the sleep, respiratory, and digital health sectors. With a deep understanding of our customer and industry needs and challenges, your team will execute GTM launch and life-cycle marketing strategies for our solutions-based products, supporting content development and delivering sales enablement programs. You’ll lead market segmentation and define marketing requirements to drive product development and lead strategic planning, messaging, and execution of our portfolio marketing initiatives that address the core challenges providers are trying to solve – improving the sleep and breathing health of their patients. Responsibilities:

  • Acquire deep knowledge of our customers' challenges, industry, and use cases, as well as the ability to communicate the benefits and value proposition of ResMed portfolio solutions clearly and compellingly
  • Adapt the product marketing deliverables from regional/global product teams and translate to in-market GTM plans for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics, considering unique customer segmentation approaches
  • In collaboration with integrated marketing and consumer marketing teams, drive our last mile marketing activities - develop detailed GTM programs for launches of products and solutions, including marketing communications and collateral, and product and sales training​
  • Partner with product marketing and revenue teams - identifying portfolio gaps and opportunities, and shaping the market portfolio GTM roadmap in line with revenue leaders and across commercial channels (provider and consumer)​
  • Partner with sales and finance leads to analyze portfolio performance, optimize portfolio mix, and maintain pricing discipline across the portfolio​
