As our Senior Manager of Service Delivery, you will work alongside Service Delivery leadership and associated team members on the revenue cycle delivery for large care organizations, partnering with the Customer Operations team and R1 functional teams to deliver superior results. Every day you will contribute to our growing organization as a thought leader helping to improve the R1 RCM (R1) solution and inform our strategy. To thrive in this role, you must build and maintain a high touch relationship with client counterparts and leadership, building and mentoring a high performing team, and being the liaison between operations and client leadership.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Manager of Service Delivery:

  • Responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of multiple Service Delivery associates.

  • Support relationship management of key client counterparts including continued communication of revenue cycle performance.

  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc presentations to client executives highlighting pertinent updates relating to client needs.

  • Support R1 strategy development as functional and technical expert sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation.

  • Execute and improve R1’s operating model.

  • Act as a change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across hospital organization to optimize success.

  • Partner with internal R1 customer operations team to align operational objectives.

  • Serve as a functional/technical expert for Customer’s team ranging from executive level to front line operators to help drive operational and performance improvement.

  • Partner with R1 functional leaders on management decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s).

  • Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team.

Required Skills:

  • At least 6-8+ years of Operational and Hospital billing experience with at least 5 years in Revenue Cycle and 3+ years in leadership roles.

  • Skills in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service delivery and align with business objectives.

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and make sound decisions to resolve issues efficiently.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $80,019.00 - $127,950.31 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
