About the Role 

As Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will help drive the success of the Sales & Account Growth team by enabling powerful systems and tooling to support their business processes. You will be a strategic partner to stakeholder teams, translating their business needs into technical requirements and executing these requirements. This is a critical role for Stylitics at this stage of our growth, with a direct impact on the ability to meet our revenue goals.

What You Will Do

  • Manage our instance of Salesforce CRM
  • Manage cross-functional systems projects in support of Sales, Account Growth, Customer Success and Finance
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the KPIs that are driving our business. 
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and snapshots as needed.
  • Be able to independently execute as well as lead the execution of projects by working closely with admins and engineers
  • Provide ongoing support and management of CRM and connected systems including ABM tools such as SalesLoft and outbound tools such as Outreach.
  • Function as the go-to person for CRM-related requests; Coordinate CRM updates, modify fields and workflows, etc as needed
  • Support day-to-day management of CRM configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles and user permissions
  • Assist with GTM Planning and Territory Management
  • Partner with the enablement team and sales managers to help drive training on CRM processes

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience working at a SaaS company in a Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM Analyst role
  • Salesforce (CRM) and HubSpot (Marketing Automation) certified or trained
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
